Join us for our 12-week Friday chair yoga series with the wonderful Suzanne Turrisi.  Classes will be held weekly from May 1 to July 31 at 10am.  Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support.  You'll learn calming postures and breathing techniques to open energy channels, release tension, and alleviate pain.  Chair yoga is great for improving physical comfort, cultivating balance, and moving easily through daily activities.  Chairs will be provided.  There will be no classes on May 8 or May 22.

Register in person, beginning Wednesday, April 1, at the Circulation Desk with your non-refundable payment of $60 for the 12-week series.  Please bring exact cash or a check payable to LaGrange Association Library.
